These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the spade46 platform, including the website, mobile application, and all services provided by spade46 ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Spade46 accepts deposits exclusively via the following approved payment methods, all in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

For withdrawals, the minimum limit is RM 50 and the maximum daily limit is RM 100,000 for standard accounts. VIP accounts have different withdrawal limits depending on membership tier. All withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes depending on the chosen method.

• The outcome of all games is final and non-appealable, except in cases of proven technical error

• If a technical disruption prevents a game from being completed, the wager will be fully refunded to the member's account

• Deposits and withdrawals via payment methods not registered under the same member's name are prohibited

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the spade46 support team. Prior to closure, please ensure all bonus rollover requirements have been met and all pending withdrawals have been processed. Any remaining balance will be returned to the member after verification.

Members who need a break from the platform may use the temporary self-exclusion feature (1 week to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion, both available under spade46 account settings.

• Spade46 is not liable for any financial decisions made by members based on their use of our platform
• Any losses resulting from betting activity are the sole responsibility of the member concerned

Spade46 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where significant changes are made, members will be notified via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the spade46 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the spade46 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
